Phil was inspired to create Social Hiking, a web based service for sharing outdoor adventures, after deciding to share a two-week hike live on the internet using social media and GPS tracking.

He writes a blog about the outdoors, fundraises for Multiple Sclerosis charities and thinks all walks should end at a pub.
